Summary: Checked in Melia Chiang Mai, when we opened the door and entered the room, we could only describe it as "Wow"! The space is spacious and comfortable, and the interior is clean and tidy! The surrounding environment is also quite quiet, and there is a night market nearby, which is very convenient! We dined in the restaurant twice, once at noon and once during happy hour, and the service was very friendly! I believe we will come back to stay again!

Summary: Excellent hotel for holidays in Chiangmai. The entire staff and guest relation managers Lalita and Smiley are excellent. Epitomizes "service with a smile". Breakfast staff provides great service even when the restaurant is very busy. Braod choice of delicious food at the buffet breakfast.

Summary: Excellent stay at Melia Hanoi. The manager was very responsive to our feedback and the issues were resolved very quickly. This made our stay so much better and enjoyable.

Summary: We arrived at the property close to midnight, but the lobby was empty, and we had to wait for 10 minutes before anyone appeared to assist us. Unfortunately, the staff did not apologize for the delay, and the check-in process took even longer than expected.
