Positive: The staff at Melia Hotel provided amazing service. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we truly felt like they took care of all of our needs. Every single member of staff always greeted us with a smile and always did a lot to help us. Especially Carlos made us feel so welcome and helped us to enjoy our stay, also our room attendant Pa Pa was very helpful and did a great job. Because of the amazing staff at Melia hotel we really enjoyed our stay and our anniversary.

Negative: We loved laying by the pool, the pool area has a great atmosphere and a great view. But i wish they had a few Parasols that could provide some shade.

Summary: The hotels amazing staff truly helped us enjoy our stay.

Positive: Convenient location next to a busy shopping mall. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Housekeeping even left a note on the bed made of palm fronds and flowers to say goodbye on my last day.

Positive: The location was extremely convenient, with Myanmar Plaza right next door and the area central and accessible to a lot of locations in Yangon. The staff were extremely helpful and professional and made our stay stress free and enjoyable.

Negative: Some noise issues with people on the 17th Floor stomping around after midnight. ( I was on the 16th Floor).
