Summary: If you need a quiet, private and relaxing getaway this is the place for you! Beautiful and secluded. Great place for a couple marriage retreat. Has all the perks. Have a few freezer meals ready to reheat and you’ll be set. Short drive to Imbil and Kenilworth. We squeezed in a hike out at Amamoor national park too. Highly recommend this place!

Summary: I had an absolutely amazing time at Melawondi. From as soon as I arrived, I felt at ease and was amazed with all the little things that had been included. I had pre ordered a gourmet dinner- which consisted of two lovely pieces of local fillet steak, home made bread rolls, salad and local chocolate mousse. This was waiting for me on arrival, as well as a local cheese platter and breakfast supplies- local bacon, eggs, yoghurt, jam, fresh pineapple juice and more home made bread. The cabin is open plan and you can watch the sun set from the bath or verandah. If you are needing some R&R or looking for somewhere special to take that special person, I would recommend Melawondi at a pinch. Definitely 5 stars and well worth the price.

Summary: Very private and spacious. Great food and drinks on arrival. Breakfast provisions also provided. Can't really do better if you are looking for a private and comfortable retreat.

Summary: My wife and I stayed for our first year anniversary, and it was perfect. The accommodation is fantastic, and the hospitality exceptional. We woke to the sound of birds singing and Kangaroos bouncing around, this was followed by a breakfast filled with local produce from the area. A couple of days of pure relaxation and luxury!
