Summary: Hotel should have been renovated already 10 years ago if they want to be 5 star hotel. Now it is more like 4 star. Place itself is great and location is peacefull. Very nice nature in area. Service was mainly slow in restaurant and sometimes it was difficult to even get service. With right actions and measures this hotel/resort could be very nice but with current service level/maintanance level it is only good.

Summary: The best thing about the hotel is the beach. Apart from that it is very dated with not enough staff. But the staff were very good and polite and very friendly.

Summary: Lovely very quite resort, no loud music around pool and comfortable loungers. The website says they do things like aqua aerobics and beach volleyball but none of these were on offer when we went in January. This is away from other resorts and hotels so taxi required to get anywhere else but easy to obtain. There is also a more basic restaurant next door which has delicious food. the hotel restaurants are ok but you obviously pay more. The beach is small and in a bay so no long walks on beach possible. The area in front of hotel is well maintained but the beach outside villas next door has alot of rubbish washed up. This would be too quiet for families with anything other than very small children I would suggest, although they do have paddle boards and jetskis, weather permitting. Lovely staff who all very friendly. The gardens are amazing and the rooms feel private and are very spacious. We had a grand deluxe with balcony which was lovely with large frangipani trees outside where birds and butterflies visited. Would definitely recommend for those who want a totally relaxing holiday.

Summary: This resort was quiet, beautiful and the staff were as helpful as they could be, since their English wasn’t always the best. My only complaint is the trash on the beach.

Summary: We came to celebrate our honeymoon, the location of the hotel is in an area far from the center of Samui, but quiet and magical with a beach and an amazing view. The room was relatively large with very maximum equipment, in my opinion a good hotel and justifies the high score it received, there was one case of dirt on the bedding but the case was not substantial. Really enjoyed!! In conclusion: For those looking for a calm and peaceful place to spend their next vacation, the hotel definitely meets the needs

Summary: We stayed a few nights at this beautiful resort at the end of our trip. The room was amazing, with our own private garden. There was two pools that were both in great condition, the whole resort was very well made and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The food was also very nice, and breakfast amazing! The only thing that was a bit negative, was that it is far away from everything, and although they do offer a free shuttle to town twice a day, you have to pay for a taxi to come back unless you want to return at 4pm exactly, and taxis on the island are ridiculously expensive, even for very short distances. And since food at the hotel was also VERY expensive compared to other restaurants (but also very good and well presented), it was a bit negative for us. However, there is one good and very cheap restaurant (with lovely sandy floor) on the beach just next door, so we had a lot of meals there. The beach is better other places on the island, and there is no snorkeling, but the pool is lovely, and the beach is still nice and sandy. There is a nice fitness centre at the top, and a small kids club and a small muay thai gym by the pool, and there were activities like beach volley, dart, kayaks etc. free to borrow.

Summary: Isolated in the north easth corner, far from the busy beaches and villages, situated on private beautiful beach. Excellent service, reach and very good breakfast. The rooms are wide and big, the whole hotel is like a small village, beautiful gardens and swimming pools. It is not a new hotel, and it do need some maintenance, and a little more care around the main swimming pool.

Summary: Beautiful property! Excellent breakfast. We also enjoyed a delicious dinner, lunch, drinks... The staff is absolutely wonderful! May at the Spa is amazing. I highly recommend this property, and the spa is a must.
