Positive: Recommended for a few days stay! Central location, great design and thoughtful details, all necessary essentials, good quality bedsheets and towels. A very friendly host, helped us with some local information too. This place has a soul like many other holiday apartments don't have. Modern space in old building in historical center.

Negative: Someone may find it too noisy, as it's center and there are bars and restaurants on the street, but we were ready for this, used earplugs at night and slept well and cozy. The only thing is there is often repeating vibrations, probably from aircon, but again, we didn't expect it to be otherwise in such central location.

Positive: Excellent central location (considering we didn't have a car) -- the large majority of Tarragona's most interesting sites are within short walking distance. There's also a decent beach not very far away. You have to climb a steep hill to get back from the beach to the apartment, but that would be true almost anywhere in Tarragona. You can't drive to the apartment or park anywhere very close, but taxis can reach within about 100 meters of the apartment. Good facilities, including a washing machine. Hosts communicate well and are responsive to questions etc. AC works well. The hosts left us a small bottle of cava! The value for the price paid was excellent.

Negative: We encountered some minor inconveniences (we had to get our own laundry detergent, the shower gel and shampoo dispensers didn't work, the beach umbrella turned out to be broken). You should keep in mind that this part of the city is very active with bars and restaurants, so it is not the quietest for sleeping at night; we did fine by just closing the windows and running the AC, but I could imagine some people might find the location too noisy. There was loud DJ party across the street one evening, but it ended very early (before dinnertime). Also keep in mind that there is one medium-length flight of stairs, narrow at the very end, to reach the apartment. The bed is in an alcove that is just barely wide enough, with only a few centimeters to spare on each side. The shower could be laid out better.

Positive: Excellent location in historic Tarragona so much so that you'll experience the culture just looking outside from the balcony 😁 The studio is cozy, stylish, well-equipped, and feels like home - perfect for couples. Everything is clean and organized, and Javi and Hubert are wonderful hosts whose helpful recommendations and availability we appreciated so so much.

Negative: The bells ringing every 30-60 mins nearby, but you get used to it quick and ignore it.

Summary: 12/10!!

Positive: The apartment is in a great location in Tarragona. We stayed in February, so in the cooler months. We were lucky enough to be there for Carnivale, a wonderful treat. The street was quiet at night, even with Carnivale. The apartment met all our needs, is a lovely place to come home to at the end of a day.
