Summary: Honestly everything was great besides the communication with the staff prior to arriving and while present. The parking we paid for. Then to come back after a long day to possibly no parking when we already paid for it. Luckily I found a spot that was sketchy to get into. The Attitude from staff was so unprofessional - customer service rate 0

Summary: The room was clean, tiny but clean. There is no microwave. There is no fridge. The room that we got was next to the stairwell for the roof and we heard the door banging through the wall all night long. The beds are comfortable but the pillows are flat, I’d bring one from home. The windows DO NOT OPEN. So if you’re wanting fresh air or to cool down you’ll have to exit the building. Check in staff was rude, check out staff was nice. There was no fridge or microwave. The elevator was busy the entire time. We waited 10 minutes for the elevator and it was so packed we had to wait for the next one. They have parking but if you have a vehicle larger than a mini cooper, good luck squeezing in the spots.

Summary: The staff was incredible. Beds were fabulous. Shower pressure awesome. Roof-Top was magnificent. Great view of the Space Needle. We LOVED our stay. Dick's Drive-Inn right across the street. Two blocks from Climate Pledge. Uptown China great restaurant. We hated to leave.
