Positive: The property is nice and a great location! The building layout is what makes it wonderful with the huge balcony and having your own side of the building with elevator.
Negative: The main issue was we thought we were renting 701E with the pictures listed. Turns out it is 1002E which is NOT as nice so we felt lime it was a bait and switch type thing. I don’t know why they wouldn’t just put the pics for 1002E on Booking. I did go look and they did list it as 1002e in the print but most people are going to think they are getting the luxurious 701E. Some of the white furniture was dirty and the carpet was extremely stained. Also, the master bedroom balcony door would not slide properly even after we applied Wd-40. It looked like the track needed a good cleaning then it may slide correctly. The parking is tricky if you have more than 1 vehicle. You get 1 permit then it’s a free for all.
Summary: We had a wonderful time and would overall stay again. There were a few things that could be improved and cleaned in the

Positive: The open space, the view of the beach along with the view of the night lights of the street was absolutely breathtaking . The sound of the waves and the wind was a lullaby worth listening to . I am so grateful for the cookware that was already there, it helped out A LOT. Place was very clean, spotless & such a beautiful place . Each bathroom in each room came in handy , the beds were absolutely comfortable , the sliding door to the balcony in each room was a hit . Easy access to the balcony instead of walking all the way to the main door . I love it & highly recommend this place !
