Positive: The one reason I stayed here was my training in this hotel

Negative: This hotel only provided one bottle small water. I don’t like the hospitality team. I found out they did not clean my room. I called the reception and reception (I guess Filipino lady cuz the accent), she said I made “don’t disturb” mode on BUT I DID NOT. Then I told her to send cleaner to clean my room then she said the hospitality for clean the room is only morning. Then I said “Oke if you don’t want to send to clean my room, but at least give the water and refill the coffee.” I was so upset because the hotel price was little pricey (compare to other hotel with same star). Then in 30 minutes they came, they rang the bells, I told them wait cuz I was changing my dress but the cleaning guy (Indian I guess), tried to open my door. Good that I put the slot on the door so he cannot open. I told him wait. Then I opened the door, then he started to give the water, refill the coffee, and clean the room. After finish they left. This experience was really bad. It was my second time’s stayed in this hotel. Again, I told you that I stayed in this hotel because I had training in the 7th Floor. Maybe next time, if I have training in this hotel again, I will stay in other hotel which is so many hotel option around this hotel also.

Positive: Our flight was in the evening, but the hotel kindly allowed us to extend our stay until 3 p.m. for free. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we had a very comfortable stay.

Positive: A Media one stay is an experience that is hard to better, the check in experience is smooth quick efficient and topped with a smile that makes you realise that this is more than just a hotel , staying at media one is like being treated as part of an extended family the Reception the breakfast which is wholesome tasty and served with warmth and genuine friendship to all guests , the clean rooms cater for all your needs the pool and gym are always open and available, four places to choose where and what you want topped with the perfect location for travel anywhere in Dubai

Negative: I enjoyed everything. There is nothing to dislike .

Summary: My advice is simple Media one has everything topped with great service and staff
