Positive: Family run for 20 years Great location Well appointed Clean Very warm on a winters night Good breakfast V comfortable mattress best sleep in a while Very quiet Good outlook onto garden and countryside V good pubs x3 from 2 minute walk to 7 minutes away ( by car) Lounge area with tv/ fridge/ honesty bar Cake, robes, slippers provided.

Negative: All good. If had to be ultra picky.. It was perhaps a bit too warm so windows open...must cost a fortune to keep heated!!
