Private master suite with king-sized bed, walk-in closet, granite countertops, framed mirrors, oversized master shower with frameless glass. 2nd bedroom with a king bed, 3rd bedroom with two twin xl beds that each have an adjustable base, and a daybed with trundle in the study can sleep two more. Wood front door, new 2019 carpet and paint, all appliances including refrigerator washer and dryer. Sleeps 8 peoople comfortably

Summary: If you are looking for a quiet location that is within 10 minutes of old town McKinney, or within 10 minutes drive to Princeton, this house is for you. We rented this house for two weeks while we transitioned to a new home. This house is well insulated, and will keep you cool and warm. All amenities you require.

Summary: My husband and I were relocating from Atlanta to the Dallas area and in need of a 30-day stay in a furnished home. We booked this property online after views the pics and communicating with the owner who was very responsive to our questions.. We weren't disappointed - the property was comfortable, clean, and has a great outdoor space with privacy from the neighbors largely due to the size of the backyard. When we had questions throughout our stay, the owner timely responded. We could not have found a more accommodating and pleasant owner to make our stay as pleasant as possible. I would recommend this property to anyone.
