Positive: Beach access, kitchen was well equipped and bathroom was full stocked on arrival. The cottage was spotless and comfy with lovely character and a good collection of warm blankets.

Positive: Very quiet open setting with a short walk to the waters edge. Large open space for your dogs to run about. Has everything one needs for a home away from home and even the beds are comfortable and there's a nice large fridge and a gas stove and a good size flat screen tv. The cottage is nice and spacious.all around. The area around is very scenic with beautiful large beaches for walks (we have dogs) so went every day and also spent a day around Achill island (we stayed 9 days) All in all we had a nice holiday and our host was very accommodating and helpful if needed.

Negative: Nothing - it was a perfect wee home away from the busy city life.

Positive: Loved this beautifully updated cottage and its location close to the waters edge. Nuala our host had thought of so many extra touches which made our stay very comfortable indeed. Although the weather was mixed - we enjoyed exploring the peninsula and followed up on several of our host’s excellent recommendations eg Solas visitor centre, Blacksod Lighthouse, Cross Loop walk…Belmullet with some good eating places was only minutes away but the cottage itself was in the perfect location for us … down a country lane with easy access to the beach at the end of the meadow garden…

Negative: No complaints at all…

Positive: The cottage is exceptionally equipped, very comfortable and with a fantastic view on the private beach. Nuala is a fabulous host: welcoming, discreete, but also very attentive. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend a relaxing, but also adventurous, week of holiday with our four-legged friend.

Positive: Wonderful peaceful location about 6 mins { by car} from the town of Belmullet. Very comfortable cottage with everything you might need to make your stay memorable. Nuala ,our host, was very attentive, obliging and helpful.{ even went to the local postal sorting office to find our parcel}.

Negative: nothing ,we had a wonderful time.

Positive: Everything. The drive in through the meadow. The grass path to the sea. The views from kitchen & bedroom. The absolute serenity. The cuckoo. The tuft & wood fire. The comfy bed. The flowers and fresh herbs in the garden. The maps. The lovely hosts attention to detail, thoughtfulness and incredible service. Every need was catered to even down to the kitchen utensils! Definitely a home from home. Cannot wait to go back 💚
