Private 2nd floor condo in beautiful Fountain Hills. 2bedroom/1bath open layout with full kitchen (1100 sqft). At just 5 miles from McDowell Mountain park, the Adventure Condo is a great getaway for biking, hiking and sunshine. Unit includes a dedicated desk and wireless printer for remote work, traveling athletes, and visitors. Washing machine inside the condo with additional community washer and dryer just below the unit.
Full kitchen with place settings for up to 8 guests. Fold out couch adds another full size bed. For the remote worker we have up to 200Mbps speed internet and wireless printer network all setup in the bedroom/office.
