Positive: Location is very good: only 15 min to the Jurmala sea. As well as there are plenty of shops (Lidl, Maxima, Rimi) near the apartment. Available parking slots next to the building.

Negative: There is no elevator in the building. Our apartment was on the last floor, under the roof. It can be a bit complex to get all your bags up to the apartment and after down.

Positive: A wonderfully large and bright apartment. There were four of us and each had their own bed. Really quiet at night! Roller blinds on all windows and blackout curtains in the bedrooms. Helpful, friendly host. Private parking in the yard, when you drive through the sidewalk to the backyard. Good, fast wifi connection. Dishwashing liquid, dishcloth, sponge in the kitchen.

Negative: The handle of the front door is broken when coming in, the handle comes off. The seat ring of the small toilet is broken. There may have been pets in the apartment against the rules, because I am allergic and I got symptoms, but this is the guests' fault. The pots and pans are worn out. No detergent for the dishwasher or washing machine at all, there could have been only two tablets available. Sandy floors.
