Positive: Overall, one of my best hotel stays in Palakkad. Rooms are very clean and well maintained

Negative: For a hotel like this one would expect them to have in-house kitchen and also breakfast. They don't have any breakfast option so you have to figure out yourself outside. Palakkad has enough options so not to worry.

Positive: The room itself was great value for money .we had a two room suite

Negative: no hotwater option in the bathroom. One of the rooms AC had malfunctioned

Summary: Room exceeded expectations exxept for a few setbacks.Staff was friendly

Positive: Location is very good. Very friendly staff, helpful. ample parking.

Negative: Drilling work was going on through out day and night. could not take proper rest & sleep after reaching the property in the afternoon. Drilling was going on till the time we stayed there and could not sleep for a second, which led to lot of stress and we were totally drained.
