Positive: I really liked the hospitality and how kind and helpful the staff were. They were connecting with us every step of the way and helped us book the transportation of our tour and provided transportation service to my next location. They also recommended restaurants, cafes, and attractions which were top notch!

Negative: I can’t think of anything.

Positive: The customer service was 11/10 level of amazing. The room was clean, spatious enough with all needed items. The location was also very nice and practical, very close to the old quarter and to the Hoan Kiem lake.

Negative: The only minor down was the bathroom weird door positioning. The door would open to the bathroom side and made moving inside kind of awkward.

Positive: Great location in a lively authentic street. Vey helpful staff. Breakfast was very good. I would like to highlight Helena, hotel manager and her approach as she is very professional, prompt and willing to assist.

Negative: Some mosquitoes on top floor, you better have the spray prepared.

Positive: What makes this hotel exceptional is it’s staff. They are so earnest in trying to help in every way. I was especially impressed with Jaime, who invited me to offer criticism so they could improve. I could offer nothing but praise.
