Negative: Gym is not best. Not very large space and equipment could be renewed. I would advise them to upgrade equipment to new series from techno gym.

Positive: Amazing nature. Hotel’s infrastructure is very good, all the staff is so helpful and nice. Food is amazing and is served within minutes even during busy hours.

Positive: Sports team was excellent. We did sports everyday, enjoyed classes and the instructors were very friendly and professional. The food quality and service quality is very good

Negative: The profile of the guests was in a super indexed way Russians, which is ok but the staff being Russian speaking in some group classes we had to warn them not to speak Russian and leave us out. I think the management should seek for diversity when comes to the guests
