Summary: Didn’t like: I had booked 3 rooms. Two rooms were in excellent condition. One of the rooms had bad air condition and it wasn’t cooling. They changed the room, the same issue existed and it wasn’t cooling. We complained and the offered another room, but by then it was time to leave in the next morning. I complained to the receptionist and ask her to tell the manager for some refund, but never heard from him. Good: Good facility, dining and laundry facilities. Rooms were clean and nice, except one room with air conditioning issues mentioned above.

Summary: This hotel was very modern. Staffs were very friendly and tentative. The airline missed 2 of our luggage the staff helped us called the airport to get an eta. Laundry facility was great. One day we woke up and didn’t have hot water we called the front desk and not 5 minutes someone knock on the door the check. We went about our ways as we had planned. When we got back in a couple of hours it was already fix. We loved this hotel and we will definitely stay here next time we are in Cambodia. We have already recommend this hotel to our family who have plan to visit.
