Positive: I love the Max Land! The rooms are always perfect and very clean. The staff is outstanding always very attentive and accommodating. Recently I broke my leg while visiting Kenya. The first thing I thought was, I need to get back to The Maxland. I knew everything could be managed from there and the hotel staff would do what they could to assist me. I am very thankful. Everyone at the hotel went went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible! I have stayed at the max land five or six times because of the friendly staff, clean rooms and the close proximity to the mall, shops and restaurants. I will definitely be back next year! Thank you everyone!

Positive: Professional,courteous staff Rooms are very clean Swimming pool is within the premises Breakfast ;variety on different days

Negative: At different times of the day the lifts dont work which can be inconvenience SWIMMING POOL attendant is RUDE and asks clients to get extra money so he can let you swim NB:Pool operates 9am-6pm as stipulated on rules
