Positive: Born and raised British, sanitation and cleanliness are extremely important to me and this stay set the bar exceptionally high. The level of cleanliness was outstanding and was genuinely one of the highlights of my entire experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely welcomed. A massive shout out to Rachel and the host for their brilliant hosting skills. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made the experience seamless from start to finish not just for me, but for every guest I had over. Everyone felt genuinely welcomed and thoroughly impressed. This place truly feels like a mini world within another world. You step away from the hustle and bustle of Lagos and instantly enter a calm, secure, and serene environment that brings a real sense of sobriety and peace. It’s rare to find such tranquillity in such a vibrant city. Every guest I hosted commented on how easy the property was to locate and how immaculate and beautifully presented everything was. The ambience, convenience, and overall upkeep were exceptional. Water ran 24/7, electricity was reliable, and the entire stay felt effortless and stress-free. The location is perfectly central, making it incredibly easy to access the Island and just as convenient to return. The estate is secure and well managed, and although there is a refundable security deposit in addition to the rate, everything is clearly explained in advance, fair, and handled very professionally. This was such a wholesome, luxurious stay from start to finish. Bravo to the entire team. It’s genuinely one of the best stays I’ve ever had, and I’m already recommending it to friends. I will absolutely be returning on my next visit.

Negative: Security was tight!!! The estates were not playing which was not entirely a bad thing but if you like nightlife be conscious that by 10pm certain entry points are closed off. The bonus point here, was security informed us of another entry location which was always opened. 🤗
