Positive: The apartment is brand new, with high quality finishings and very comfortable beds. It is located in the city center and 10 minutes walk from the beach. All shops and facilities are easily reachable on foot. It is very convenient to have parking included. Viviana, the owner, is always available for any support needed. Overall highly recommended!

Positive: Nice and well equipped appartment with perfect location. Beach, resturants and shops within 5 minutes walking distance. Bakery just outsider the front door, perfect for fresh bread in the morning! Owner very helpfull with advice and reccomondations for resturants and winerys. Several nice beaches nearby, accessable by car.

Positive: Everything was very clean and well organized, which made us feel comfortable right away. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the center of Porto Azzurro, making it easy to explore the town on foot. Having a private parking space was also a big plus.

Negative: One downside that surprised me was the extra charge for bed linens and towels. We were four people but had only three beds, yet I was still charged for four bed linens. This is something I’ve never encountered in any accommodation before and felt like a rather unpleasant way to charge extra fees.
