Positive: Had the best time. There for 5 nights and loved the room, the setting, the location. Staff were friendly and couldn’t fault it.

Negative: There seemed to be some guests that wanted a five star hotel and immediate service. Their unrealistic expectations were taken out on staff. Rude guests are everywhere but the Maui seaside hotel was brilliant and I felt for their staff when treated poorly.

Summary: Great location and accommodation for a great price.

Positive: The location was great in Kahului. Room service was daily and they kept the place clean. There was a pool available but we didn't use it.

Negative: A bit expensive and the rooms were quite old. The air conditioner was not very clean. Parking was not included and we had to pay per day.

Positive: Good location only 15 min from the airport with nice restaurant onsite.

Negative: The hotel needs major renovation. Hopefuly, it's in their plans. Shuttle from the airport to the hotel is hard to request as usually nobody picks up the phone. We needed to call uber at the end.

Positive: We booked for just one night as we were arriving too late to pick up our rental car. This hotel turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. Staff were incredibly nice - even in the middle of the night when we arrived - and the grounds very well maintained. Rooms are older but clean and well kept. We fell asleep to the sound of waves crashing on the beach which was unexpected for what we thought of as an "airport" hotel. Would absolutely recommend this hotel for an economical stay beyond just one night.

Positive: Staff efficiency, beautiful grounds, well-maintained A++ pool with comfortable seating including cabanas. Loved the evening fireside seating! View was fabulous of mountains and beach, and watching two cruise ships come and go. Cannot wait to return for another poolside room vacay!

Negative: Proximity to noise and diesel smell of cruise ships, but nothing horrible.
