Positive: Great place and facilities. 8 adults and 5 kids from 2-7. Weather was rubbish but we had plenty of space and lots to do in the area. Well equipped.

Negative: Small things but a couple of single mattresses were very hard and need lots more tea towels. No TV antennae in main house, had to buy a cable and put TV through a laptop.

Positive: The stay was great for the 3 little children interacting with the animals. The house design was great for our group. Far enough away from any traffic noise. Close access wineries we visited. Karaoke room was a hit for young and old.

Negative: We were a group of 10 adults + and expected to enjoy each others company by eating in for all meals. On other properties we have come to expect some things on the site like maybe salt and pepper, tea and coffee for more than one night. Some bowls to make a salad, trays to cook with an oven where the oven door closed. More than 1 tea towel and 1 bin liner Lovely views only inhibited by the windows needing a clean. In general the place needed a good clean over to get rid of the occasional spiders that wondered around, we also had to wipe down the outdoor furniture prior to using it. Beds were good if you liked (very) firm beds. Most was over looked as we just enjoyed each others company!

Negative: No kettle and no cutlery that any of us could find. Very odd.

Summary: A great night away. Perfect location to explore the Barossa.
