Negative: Nothing much. Just the sink in the bathroom was broken,I told to our host and she said that she would send someone to fix it but nobody came. But it didn’t bother us much cos theres 3 bathrooms.

Positive: The apartment is even better the expected feom the pictures and reviews. It is clean and very spacious, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. A lot of nice and funny art pieces make the stay even better. The location is great, easily reachable by car and only ~15 minutes walk from Duomo. Own garage parking spot is a big plus in central Florence. The host was super friendly and easy to communicate.

Negative: The only minor downside was the garrage entrance since it was very narrow and steep so be extra carefull if driving ;)

Positive: This apartment was really great! Our family was strongly impressed what regards the space, facilietiies including a lot o details inside. We read all the information (notice) about some furniture, pictures and so on! This flat is a kind of small modern art gallery. You can find there all all the things to spent your time very comfortable. Our recommendation is: YES YES YES! Please do not any changes inside! It is perfect! The apartment have a very good location - only a few minute walk to the heart of Florence.
