Negative: There were awful smells from the fridge and bathroom which made the rest of the area quite nauseating.

Positive: Easy access to highway and the apartment is large enough for four persons, well equipped including large kitchen, dish washer, laundry machine etc.. Has nice balcony where you can sit and enjoy coffee break.

Negative: It was a bit noisy when neighbors were walking around- maybe children from one floor above were running around-.

Positive: Very easy to find, good location from workplace, better to book a furnished appartement than a hotel for long stay. In Mathilda 3 appartement everything was furnished, it is VERY spacious, and easy to park. I recommend.
