Positive: Very friendly staff, good location with a bus stop right outside, quiet, minibar with snacks and drinks (for a fee)

Negative: Initially they put me in a room with a window directly to the cafe/smoking area, and the smoke and light came in through the window. Thankfully they moved me to a different room which was much better.

Positive: The bed was large and comfortable. The room was cleaned well when we arrived.

Negative: Our toilet did not flush, so it sounded like a water fountain all night long. We asked them to fix it, translated to Turkish with difficulty. They said they would but they did not! The big shower head also did not work. The cleaner never came even though we put the sign on the door twice. We had to ask for more toilet roll, we didn’t get fresh towels. The room was smaller than pictured and had no balcony!

Summary: Satisfactory at best.
