Positive: quiet, small place absolutely perfect for whom want to relax. swimming pool, cleaned by the owner everyday, nice shadow places for relax! and outstanding trip to the beach,with owner and hid wife,for seafood BBQ. unforgetable expierence!

Positive: We were met at the property by the owners, despite the late hour Laucin was friendly, helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was delightful. You really can't argue with home made breads, fresh fruit and excellent coffee. The eggs were just a bonus. The hosts really made the stay incredible. They truly want their guests to have an incredible experience. Ney is an excellent cook and Laucin is really personable. Beriki was so charming and sweet. The property is an oasis, with a beautiful garden, ample swimming pool and lounge chairs.

Summary: We enjoyed our time so much there. It was a wonderful, memorable experience.

Positive: As mentioned in all the other reviews, you won’t be disappointed by your stay at this guesthouse. Everything was perfect. We had a wonderful time... The people were incredibly friendly and gave us great tips on where to go and what to visit. We truly felt at home. The pool is even bigger than the pictures. Like all the comments have already said, it was perfect. You can trust them with your eyes closed

The private garden and pool are perfect for relaxing. The staff are friendly, helpful, and attentive to every detail. The breakfast is delicious and varied, and the location is ideal for exploring the beautiful Matemwe beach and the nearby attractions. Positive: Laucin is a superb Host, went out of his way to meet our requests. Power outages were challenging, but provided the best service possible. Large rooms,. comfortable living room, good sized Kitchen and Fridge very cold. Nice open patio and secure location. Pool was a relief from the day. Dive Shop referral was perfect, and the.shop provided transportation. Comfortable beds and Netting against Mosquitoes. Beautiful Garden setting. Transportation to/from Stone Town provided (fee).

Negative: Considering the main roads, the access roads (to ALL.of the area resorts) were 'not good'...but the Cab driver persevered.
