Positive: Kikuchi-San was a very nice host. The accommodation is very clean. We have a good sleep and nice stop over at Ichinoseki. Thank you for your hospitality.

Negative: Nothing really, the next door is quite close and you will need to share facilities with other guests

Positive: The best word to describe the place is cozy. It’s a quaint little inn 7 minutes away from the station, with unique vintage decor blended with Japanese culture. The staff was a really nice man who tolerated me and my friends’ shenanigans on New Year’s Day. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a Japanese style room with futons provided. We went during winter time so it was a bit cold, but there were plenty of heaters to keep us as warm as possible. Overall, me and my friends really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back sometime!

Negative: Nothing, it was fantastic :)

Positive: This place is incredible, a beautiful traditional Japanese house. The man who welcomed us was very kind, and the house has all the information you need. He really thought of everything! In the morning, the breakfast he prepared for us was really delicious. I’m very happy I stayed here, and if I ever come back to this area, I’ll definitely return

Positive: Absolutely friendly owner. A surprisingly relaxing place, which I would recommend to those on a budget. Very accessible with a car, it seems a bus also stops near-by. Live the classical Japanese tatami/futon experience there!

Negative: Nothing in particular, would not recommend if you are noisy since most walls are made of paper (americans should not go there ;)).

Positive: Cozy place in rural area 1 station away from Ichinoseki town. Everything was excellent! Even the bath - there was already the tub with hot water to relax in. Also enjoyed the breakfast Futons are comfortable and warm so we could sleep without the heater in the mid November
