Summary: The place just felt Alaskan, and the food is fantastic. The rooms aren't fancy, but they're solid, and very clean and quiet. I recommend the 2nd floor for the view over lake Wasilla. I will be staying there again.

Summary: Room was nice. View was gorgeous. Bed was extremely comfortable. Resort restaurant was top notch. My only beef was that we tried to contact the resort hotel several times before our arrival at the phone numbers on-line and on our confirmation and never, ever got an answer or a voicemail. Coming in from Oregon, that was concerning!! We only saw housecleaning the afternoon before we left.
