Negative: Letter G sticker was on the drawers and cabinets for guests, but majority of drawers and cabinets were full of hostess' belongings in the room and bathroom. This is the first time we've stayed in a bedroom in someone's home, so not sure if this is normal.

Positive: Great location, close to San Marcos and Wimberley, the destination for a family reunion. Property was well decorated for the holidays and we felt safe and enjoyed other Christmas lights and decorations while walking the neighborhood in the evening.. Beautiful quiet and safe location populated by friendly and abundant deer.. Looking forward to a return visit later in the spring.

Positive: Everything ! It was super clean, comfy and easy to find! Quiet neighborhood and I loved the Deers everywhere close to the house and to the roads. Marlen furnished everything with love and you can see that. She’s super open and welcoming and I loved talking to her but she of course respects the other way around too if someone’s more introverted. I loved everything and can 100% recommend. If I’m back in the area, that is my go to Host and house ! 😄
