Tucked away in the beautiful tree lined north side of Atlanta, this secluded European-inspired residence is surrounded by a lush, wooded three-acre landscape for ultimate natural beauty and privacy.
The 18,000 square foot estate home with its spacious and open floor plans, opens up to outside terraces overlooking the pool area, green space and a spacious pool house, ideal for a relaxing getaway or for entertaining. The thoughtfully-appointed rooms of the estate offer a comfort and warmth, suitable for a special family get-together or for an event.
Enter the great room and you’ve arrived at the vibrant center of any occasion. Comfortable furnishings mingle with a stunning stone fireplace and a lively grand piano. Whether it’s the natural light of the day pouring in through the large windows or the cozy, sparkling interior lighting by night, this gracious space always beckons.

This is NOT to be rented as a party house. Located in a family neighborhood which is quiet at night. The local noise ordinance is 10:00pm. We will proceed with removal of guests if occupancy, noise and additional house rules are not followed.

Summary: From the gorgeously furnished living rooms, to the whimsical details in the TWO basement level bars, to the resort-quality pool and the comfortable beds and bathrooms, this was the best experience we've ever had renting a property! Wait, don't forget the incredibly well-stocked kitchen, butler's pantry and dining room! And the comfy "gentleman's lounge". And the pool house BBQ...Not a single thing was overlooked, and the property manager was immediately available at all times to answer questions and serve as a gracious and welcoming host. Despite the Once in a Lifetime title, we CANNOT wait to return. 5 stars, 10 stars, 100 stars!

Summary: The house was well suited to our needs. The construction next door was a little annoying but nothing the owners can do about that. They also had a very well stocked medicine pantry that came in handy. Overall loved our stay and would come again!

Summary: My extended family and I enjoyed a recent long weekend at the very spacious Lions Gate property. The house was spotless and exactly as the listing pictures show. When we arrived, the property manager, Dennon, provided a great walkthrough of the house along with instructions on best using the amenities. We had one question on how to use some electronics during the weekend, and Dennon responded to my question VERY quickly. Everyone in my party had a fun, comfortable stay. I would highly recommend renting this location for your gathering.

Summary: The property is spacious and beautiful! Just like the pictures. Fully stocked with supplies and many thoughtful details. Comfortable beds, and rooms are spaced perfectly for a quiet nights’ sleep. The house is stunning - designed for beauty and for functionality. The host was wonderfully responsive and helpful whenever we had questions (e.g., speaker system, theater connections). I’d highly recommend renting this estate. My only concern is that it has been well over a week since our departure, and the hefty security deposit has not yet been returned.
