Positive: I had a great stay during my two nights here. The room was clean, and the staff — especially the receptionists and the security guard — were extremely friendly and kind. I didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but it looked very nice. At first, I was a little worried about accessibility after reading comments saying the hotel was hard to reach due to muddy roads and steep hills. However, I honestly don’t understand those concerns. The hotel was very easy to reach from El Nido Town, both on foot and by tricycle.

Negative: Place is great, could use a few hangers in the bathroom to hang toiletries and towel while you shower

Positive: The staff was friendly. The rooms were very clean. New towels everyday. Hot water in the shower. I want to say thank you to the cleaning staff. I had emptied my hiking backpack in the room, and all my belongings were scattered everywhere. Of course, I was planning to clean it up myself at the end of my stay. But the cleaning staff folded all my clothes neatly and set everything aside. I do feel a bit guilty, but it really shows how well they take care of their guests. A big thank you!

Positive: Everything! For a budget accommodation this has it all. The room is spacious, clean and no smelly drains that we have seen a lot of in other accommodations in the Philippines. It feels comfortable and cozy and with a pool to cool off. Very happy and great value for money. Definitely recommend and we didn’t want to leave.

Negative: Very hard to find any faults only recommendation would be persons a full length mirror in the room. Otherwise 10/10!

Positive: Nice location just a short walk away from the main centre and comfortable bed The security was so lovely, always smiling and helped us organise a TukTuk when we were leaving

Negative: We had lots of power cuts and our hot water rarely worked- not the hotels fault but just want people to know. We work remotely and the power cuts were inconvenient for us A bit over priced for what it was, our friends stayed closer to the centre for a much lower price The description said their was 24/7 front desk but staff were away when we needed help at 9pm and didn’t start again until after 8am

Positive: Really great hostel, good location. The swimming pool is really well maintained and clean. Beds are comfortable, curtains allow for privacy in the hostel rooms. Spacious, good storage, staff are super lovely. Everything was very clean. I'd recommend this hostel to everyone!!
