Negative: Beds were too high. I asked for an accesible room, and while they did deliver on assigning a room with easy access (THANK YOU!) the beds were too high for people with mobility issues (my senior parents).

Positive: The hotel was close to the hospital where I was having a procedure. The food in the restaurant was good. The poolside snack bar offered a good menu.

Negative: This is a family hotel with a giant pool. The pool was full of children for most of the time I was there. While I like children, there was a lot of noise.

Summary: Convenient location, reasonable price. Ask for a room away from the pool, if you want quiet.

Negative: At this price point, in most Mexican Hotels we have stayed in, and we have stayed in many, breakfast should be included, even if it's just huevos al gusto.
