Ideally located, 400m from the sandy beach of Sablettes (7mn walk), this beautiful house of 110m ² is in the heart of a beautiful garden, not overlooked, with a concrete pool of 8x4m and a large shaded terrace in front of the house which allows to take all the meals outside in good weather.
All shops (bakery, pharmacy, butcher, tobacconist, press, doctors, ...) are located less than 150m from the property, which will allow you to limit your travel by car.
On the ground floor is a cozy living room with a nice kitchen of 45m ², directly overlooking the shaded terrace.
In the living room there is an indoor dining area, a flat screen TV with Free Box. Wifi Internet access is also available throughout the house and garden. The living room / kitchen is air conditioned.
Adjoining the living room, separated by a glass door is "the small living room". It allows to isolate itself from the activity of the living room / kitchen (nap, mail, internet surfing, games, ...), and can serve as a third bedroom with its sofa bed 2 places. There are books and board games.
Upstairs are 2 bedrooms: one of 12m², with a double bed (140x200) and built-in wardrobes. The other of 16m ², very clear, with 1 double bed (160x200), 2 single pull-out beds and built-in wardrobes.
The shower room has a beautiful newly renovated shower. The toilet is separate.
In the garden, next to the "garden furniture" area, you will find the laundry room with the washing machine and the dryer and 1 WC.
The garden furniture, protected by a pergola, is the ideal place for aperitif and coffee.
An independent studio is located to the right of the house and uses the same main entrance, without any opposite on the house or the swimming pool.
A crib adjoins the property and you can hear children arrive or play outside.
The pool is available for swimming from mid-May to the end of September, the rest of the year, it is usually too cold to enjoy.

Summary: We had a really good time! The house was clean, and the host explained everything about the house when we arrived. The garden with pool was really great and there were lots of things to do with small kids. Nice weather and beatiful area.

Summary: The garden is lovely with lots of mature shrubs and trees. The shaded area by the pool is lovely to sit and relax out of the heat. The pool is large and has a stepped shallow section to paddle in. The house is large and airy. We only stayed a few days but would love to come back and stay longer next time.

Summary: First of all - thanks a lot to Delphine for the perfect and uncomplicate organisation of our stay. It a really nice and relaxing place, a lovely and nice decorated house which is in a really good shape. We loved to stay there, having breakfast on the terasse and some ralaxing hours at the pool each day - our chlldren (12 + 14 years old) were very happy there. The walk to the beach is 5 minutes and the shops (bakery etc.) also 5 minutes to walk. Delphine, the owner, is very lovely and was always quick to respond when we had questions about the house. She also came for cleaning the pool several days. The house cat is such a lovely cat and we all miss her very much. We will certainly come back!

The house is spacious, clean, nicely decorated and is in the perfect location; within walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Delphine, the owner, is lovely and was always quick to respond when we had questions about the house or the area.

Summary: Dear Delphine, All my family would like to say BIG THANK YOU for amazing 2 weeks in June this year. My parents were more than excited to go for their first ever trip to south of France - and we did not make a mistake with our selection at all! You welcome and good bye were more than appreciated - just few days ago we were sitting at the breakfast table in Vienna (where my borther lives) and were tasting your orange/ginger jam... Delicious! That day recalled a lot of positive emotions linked to the stay in your property. Booking process - 5* Correspondence and help prior to arrival - 5* Value for money - 5* Offer versus reality - 5* Product - 5* - well equipped kitchen (my brother is a chef), good size bedrooms, additional guests were even more than welcomed for some nights. Fair size pool, BBQ Nearby - all what you need. Beach (not overcrowded) - 5 minutes walking distance. Grocery shops - few minutes away. Once again - thank you. We will be certainly back

Summary: Probably the most beautiful house we have rented so far. Big garden with old trees, nice pool with "salt water" , comfortable sitting area - you do not want to go inside because it's so beautiful outside. But if you go inside the house you realize how beautiful it is inside just as well. Great kitchen, well equipped with dining area and living room all in one large space, two nice bed rooms both with beautiful view in the garden, bathroom with large shower - we did not want to leave...close to shops, the beach everything - the perfect holiday home !! And the owners are just great!! Thanks a lot!!! The whole family loved it!!!
