Positive: Sylvie was generous with her time and shared relevant details and information. Fabulous location in the town, close to bars/restaurants, beach, two supermarkets and many shops. Lovely view from the bedroom and balcony as on the fourth floor. Well appointed kitchen with welcome goodies - nice touch.
Negative: We liked everything about the apartment. Some might that have an issue with the stairs up but it was no problem for us. One evening there was ‘hub bub’ from nearby restaurants but quiet by midnight, but that comes from being centrally located.
Summary: Anyone who stays here is in for a treat - it’s a really, lovely apartment.

Positive: Sylvie was constantly in contact with us prior to arrival met us to let us in, helped us to hire a car and checked in during our stay via text to ensure all was well and nothing we needed. Couldn’t have been more welcoming, helpful and kind. The apartment was spacious, absolutely spotless, equipped with all one needs including beach chairs and umbrella. Lovely little welcome pack which was much appreciated. Comfy all round. Location was out of this world, sea view amazing especially at dawn, just a walk across the road to a lovely cobbled beach, shops, cafes, restaurants, cinema, parking, cash points, seafarers church, fish market, supermarkets, laundrette, beach/sea, marina, boat taxi to other small ports, adventure activities, National Park, Jalon Valley everything for a perfect holiday. We will be rebooking and can’t wait. Thank you.
Negative: There is absolutely nothing not to like, it was superb. Home from home and more.
Summary: An excellent week mainly due to superb accommodation/host, great weather and excellent location.

Positive: Stunning apartment with an amazing view of Javea. It was exceptionally clean, very comfortable and well equipped, even including beach chairs, parasol and beach towels. Pio X is in the heart of the port area, with lots of lovely restaurants and bars within easy walking distance, we loved to eat out at night, stroll back through the little craft stalls which popped up and sit on the balcony with a drink to people watch! Communication with the owner is also exceptionally good, nothing us too much trouble for them, and they were extremely helpful and kind.
Negative: Nothing! Be aware the apartment is on the 4th floor (hence the stunning views) and there is no lift in the building, not a problem but when its hot it can be tiring!
