Positive: It's not a very large resort or a fancy place BUT very simple place that met our requirements. Breakfast isn't a big spread but good enough varieties. It's basically value for money kinds..

Negative: Parking gets occupied by the visitors to martins corner.....guests of martins comfort should have dedicated Parking slots

Positive: It is just ok for the rate paid.

Negative: Staff were missing. No helpers to take luggage inside or get it out during check out. Breakfast was served in a separate place in downstairs where if it rains you will be drenched before you go there. Hotel did not have umbrella.

Summary: Good if you don't get a beach side hotel.
