Home is located on North Shore.. Private dock for 2 boats or 4 jet skis. A boat ramp is located in the front of the property. So much to do here! Water ski, wake board, jet ski, tube and fish. Sleeps 6 adults or 7 with children. 1 King bed in Master bedroom and a Full size & 2 Twin Bunk beds in one unit plus a futon in the great room. A/C, free WiFi, fridge, oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, glasses, flatware, pots and pans, toaster, blender, and coffeemaker. 1 car garage, large covered patio and BBQ. folding chairs and additional table are inside the home for outdoor entertaining. Children must be supervised, waterfront and desert critters are all around and the owner takes NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR INJURIES.

Summary: Just got back from t to he best 9 days a family could ask for. Everyone had what they needed. Fun for everyone, dogs included. The kids and dogs loved running around the large property. The boys loved fishing from both docks. The weather could not have been better.

Summary: The property owner was an excellent communicator and made for a seamless check in and check out. She was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. I highly recommend this property for a family vacation at the Colorado River. Property includes access to boat ramp for easy launching dock, excellent fishing all around the property. Looking forward to coming back with my family.

Summary: Comfortable, cool, roomy, and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at this cabin. If you’re looking for a fancy place, look elsewhere, but it was perfect for us! Can’t wait to come back and rent it again!

Summary: What a great location, the quietness, the water right outside your door. It was so nice to grab a cup of coffee and sit out on the dock, watch the birds and the boats go by. House was exactly as described and well furnished.

Summary: Not sure what we expected .It was the TOP or our price range and must admit I have stayed at other places on the river (Parker Canals) in this price range with 4-5 bedrooms and much nicer inside BUT just like you can't compare apples and banannas... having your own private and secure compound complete w/ launch ramp, 2 large docks and plenty of places to park! Docks could be lite a bit better ( my friend broke her toe on the steps) A few cob webs kinda gave us the WEEBIES and for the price the owner should change out the bathroom door BUT... WE WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN. My daughter asked if we can do this trip EVERY YEAR... I think we will if they will have us.

Summary: We rented the property for a friend and family weekend getaway. The home is exactly what we were looking for. The launch ramp worked perfect for our 17 ft boat and our single jet ski, we used 4x4 to launch to make it easier to pull out because its loose gravel. The home is perfect just as described. The Manager was responsive and helpful. We will be back, wishing the home was our own :)
