Negative: A bit dull, nothing to do. Bar was closed though a staff member was nice enough to get us some drinks in the lobby. Also, in the elevator it is mentioned it is not safe to drink the water and that bottled water is available at the desk. Why not already a bottle or two in the room?

Positive: Can't fault this place.superb hotel. Very spacious. Very friendly staff. All English speaking. Reception was very warm and welcoming. Felt very safe at all times. Room was of very good size. Our children loved the bunk beds.and breakfast was super.

Positive: The design and layout of the hotel was really great. It was comfortable in the rooms as well which was great as we had travelled for a couple of hours after 3 long and fun days in a theme park to get there. The sauna and steam room were a great addition to help us to relax. The staff were all fantastic to deal with, so accommodating and very professional as well.
Negative: The kids couldn’t play on the same football pitches that the Belgian football team play on, but we can understand the reasons why not. 😊
Summary: Hugely relaxing in a very chilled out, warm and welcoming location.
