Negative: Seemed a little dated compared to other Belgian hotels we have visited on this trip, stained carpet, no usb ports etc.

Negative: We stayed on a very hot day and the air conditioning struggled which was apparently down to teething problems with a new system.

Positive: Lovely big room, twice the size you would expect in a city centre for the same price. Excellent bed and decor throughout. Staff were helpful and friendly. Bike hire great.

Negative: Beautiful formal gardens but the restaurant and bar was stuck inside with the air conditioning set too high, so no al fresco experience.

Positive: Lovely hotel in a great building with a nice bar and friendly staff . Set in a central location so easy to walk in to the main sites. It also had an underground car park (additional cost of €30).
