Positive: Beautiful old mansion with period details and modern amenties. Rooms were great, and the staff were very open to use of the rooms / parlor, etc. It's tucked away from all the madness of the Haymarket, but a short Uber ride away. Situated in the nicest/wealthiest neighborhhood of Lincoln. Loved the walks around the neighborhood!

Positive: Great building, great location, great staff. There we met interesting guests as well. There everybody has breakfast together, at a large table, a fine opportunity to meet/ chat with new people.

Negative: The breakfast was a little modest, but still ok.

Positive: Breakfast was tasty. The dining room was beautiful with original woodwork, lovely dishes, and wonderful conversation with other guests and our server. Breakfast will be even better when the facility has permission to use its kitchen to cook.

Negative: A few more menu options would have been nice. Food choices were limited.

Summary: Martha’s is a gorgeous old mansion in a lovely part of Lincoln and provided a very comfortable stay.
