Summary: The hotel was a bit outdated and felt it was need of a refurb. The rooms where big but feels they were from the 90s era. But in general nice staff and very helpful. The hotel breakfast was in a diner style resturant which felt a bit tacky.

Summary: The carpet with spots that had not been fully cleaned, and the shower floor is dangerously slippery with water not drained because the floor marble is not properly tilted .

Summary: The rooms were a bit tired but the noise is what you need to know. It’s a flight path!!!! The service at the rooftop restaurant was also horrible! I would never stay there again. I actually checked out early and went to the Saint Regis.

Summary: Of all the places we’ve stayed in the Middle East this has by far been my favourite. It’s probably more of a personal preference of myself but the only tiny detail which hindered our stay was the pillows in the room, they were far too soft and offered no support. As mentioned, other than this tiny personal detail the rest of the hotel was incredible. Sandy in the lobby was lovely and always smiley and happy to greet us, as was Eric in the valet. I can’t wait to come back and stay here again, would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Doha!

Summary: informed the Duty Manager and the Guest Relations team about the noise and drilling sounds in my room and requested a room change. They assured me that the issue would not happen again. Unfortunately, the noise continued until the last day of my stay, and my room was never changed. This experience was very disappointing, especially after raising the concern early and being promised a solution.
