Positive: Such a wonderful, sweet cottage overlooking the water on Marrowstone Island. Our hosts left us flowers, wine, and cookies. The cottage is absolutely spotless! We stayed for 2 nights, but I wish we had booked for a week. I really don't want to leave this cozy cottage!

Positive: No breakfast ,however all the nuances for making it better than at home. The location was absolutely perfect *******. This is mostly because we are from Grass Valley and my Sister and mother live within a couple of miles of this property. One other thing would like to mention is we would like to come back soon and thought the layout of the house and views are exceptional , my compliments to the designer and builder.Thanks we had a very memorable time. HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOM 90 YEARS TODAY

Negative: Second bedroom is in a loft with steep stairs. Not a problem for most folks but some people might find it difficult.
