Summary: The rooms were clean, as was the property. We were having issues with AC, and Hassan was able to resolve quickly. The front desk staff was friendly and willing to assist with bringing needed items to room if housekeeping was busy. Would definitely stay again

Summary: This is a hotel that caters to large events. We were here 3 nights and there were at least 2 weddings, a prom and a birthday party. This meant lots of people in the bar and restaurants. We were disappointed there wasn’t a microwave in the room. They did accommodate us to check in a few hours early which was great.

Summary: This hotel is currently undergoing major renovations. My room was clean; however there was a hole in the ceiling right above the tv. That is a first in my traveling adventures. I was there for a vintage/antiques event and that area of the hotel was very nice. Not sure if I would stay again as there were several other hotels in the area with five star ratings.

Summary: Let’s start with the pros: it’s located in a quiet area; hotel has undergone a beautiful lobby renovation and the entire hotel and rooms are immaculately clean; beds were very comfortable and thermostat in room kept it the perfect temperature. The breakfast cafe in the lobby was reasonably priced and had a huge variety of fresh things to pick from. Cons: I paid extra for a balcony room which it had, but there were no chairs outside to enjoy it. Another small annoyance was the room had no hair dryer.

Summary: The heating system was extremely loud, clocking in at 59 Db when we were trying to sleep. There was a low setting for the fan, but it made no difference. The air blasting out was either scorching hot or freezing cold. It never got to comfortable.
