Summary: The staff was very nice & helpful. As with any hotel, the parking process is not good. I find it interesting that the hotel industry does not address this issue. To negatively effect a customer's experience over a simple thing like parking is silly. To charge a customer an additional $50 a night to "store" their car is ridiculous. A simple way to differentiate within your industry, would be to make the parking process simple & safe.
