Summary: The only complaint was that there was no way to quietly shut the room door. It seemed everyone struggled with the same problem on the floor we were on. It sounded like every door was being slammed whenever anyone left their room.

Summary: This is the second time I have stayed here and both times it was great. The fitness center was always clean. The Zephyr Bar/Grill is wonderful. The bartenders and staff are always so friendly. Kaitlyn (bartender), Lisa (I think a manager?) were wonderful. Janelle at the front desk was so sweet, as was everyone else I talked to.
