Summary: Absolutely amazing stay . Hotel very comfortable, close to Eaton centre,Nathan Phillips square, hip hop bus pickup. Just one of the best stay in downtown. Close to lots of restaurants. Will definitely stay again.

Summary: Carlos was very nice and friendly at check in, Aileen did a great job with our room and we enjoyed the hot tub (pool felt small for hotel of that size but we realize most aren’t swimming while experiencing a downtown area).

Summary: We didn't have a good experience at the hotel. It wasn't upto the mark for a 5 star hotel. The housekeeping was bad, we asked them to clean the room while we were out for hours but when we came back all they did was clean the bed and put the pillows back. Waste basket wasn't cleared, the floor wasn't vacuumed. The good thing was everything was close by, Nathan Phillips, Dundas Square, Trinity Square etc. All I would say is it is nowhere close to a five star hotel, only the lobby appeared to be five star and one more thing, expect to wait in the lobby for someone to assist you if you are arriving after 7 or 8 in the evening. Some times you would find the check in kiosks empty with not a single soul.

Summary: Great location. I had assumed this was attached to the Eaton Centre but it is not But a short walk away. Location is great. Plenty of nearby places to shop and eat. If you are willing to walk 20 minutes, you can get to a lot of places. Add the TTC subway and streetcars and it really opens up the possibilities. We had self park but never needed the car during our stay. There were plenty of spots to park in thevhotel garage. The pool is small but our young daughter loved it. Exercise room looked good but didn't use it. I was thankful for the free coffee in the lobby each morning. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall a great hotel and reasonably priced.
