Summary: The night receptionist was not the most cooperative person. Whenever I come to Columbia I stay here. Never have I met a receptionist like this young lady. The room was not as cleaned as I’ve seen them in my prior visits. You may need to check on your staff and their work ethic.

Summary: The property has a beautiful lobby but the hotel is an old property. At first che k- in the room 1020 smelled strongly of mildew. I asked to be moved to another room which was 1012. There was a faint smell of mildew so i brought stand alone and spray air freshners. The room was clean. We had to report that the bathroom sink was draining extremely slow so they sent a engineer. No pool at this property. I'm a coffee drinker and prefer coffee outside the room. I never smelled fresh coffee brewing at this hotel.

Summary: I showed up early (1:30) during a break at the conference I was in to see if my room was ready and if I could check in. I was told the room was ready but if I wanted to check in early it would be an extra $50. I did, but thought that was tacky. I expect money gouging from discount hotels,

Summary: Overall we enjoied our stay. The only thing was parking. I paid $19.00 for parking but when it was time to leave the garage I was required to pay an additional $15.00. So I am not sure If I scanned my parking card incorrectly but that was the only issue. Overall We enjoyed our stay.
