Summary: Fridge was unplugged and when you’re a nursing mother, this is a must have. It appeared to be unplugged purposely to prevent usage and the need to clean. The shower door didn’t close and leaked all into the bathroom. The door was damaged and warped from this being a prolonged issue. There was tons of hair on the carpet, some appeared to be pubic hair. The hallway had water intrusion from an exterior wall that puddled onto the carpet near the elevators. Not sure if I’d stay here again.

Summary: I came to Chicago for a quick Fourth of July weekend. The staff, specifically the front desk staff, were amazing. I'm a solo traveler so I can tell you that staying here was actually very economical. Having the shuttle service and having the train station literally behind the hotel is amazing. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay, whether it's a short trip or a long one. I loved staying here. I will be back.

Summary: Ice machine on our floor didn’t work. Maid didn’t come one day and we had to call down and get service. Hotel bartenders were nonexistent much of the time. Our stay was just ok. I expected better-

Summary: The room had a smell… old carpet I guess. Not much information provided to me about the pool or fitness area My key cards didn’t work- required them to be changed out twice. The second time the guy was a bit snappy with me about it. Besides that guy everyone else was good. Just in general the rooms aren’t as nice as I had hoped browns and yellows are dark and dingy
