Summary: The internet at the Baton Rouge Marriott was apparently taken out by a storm two days before we checked in and we were not notified of this fact until we tried for an hour to connect to the internet and went downstairs and were told it would not be fixed for two more days. we should have been told this before check in. Also a new parking fee is being imposed there without any prior notice and could not be tacked on to our room bill but had to be paid thru iphone in parking lot.

Summary: Our second time staying at this hotel and we were not disappointed at all. The staff is very professional and friendly and the room meets my bougie cleanliness standards lol. We stayed here for the weekend while we moved my daughter into LSU apartment. I also must add that these rooms are very soundproof and that is super important to me. Thank you.

Summary: The stay was great. The new "paying for parking now" was a feature that I didn't like. Instead of being billed with your room it was a separate app you did on your own. Separate website! I had never had this experience at any hotel!
