Summary: Good beach and close to Kota Beach sandbar. However, facility needs renovation with no hot water and toilet was leaking in the bathroom. Breakfast is just ok.

Summary: We had a beachfront room with balcony. Room is clean although the bathroom has sewer smell once in a while and some fixtures needs replacement as getting old and rusty. Staff is very friendly. Buffet breakfast is just ok. The location is close to many restaurants but still the area feels private and quiet. The beach is very nice and feels private.

Summary: I honestly wasn't expecting much from the property since it was still available while the other lodging places in the area were sold out. All I can say is that I am very impressed with everything, from service, to how everything looked, food was also great. They also offer pick up and drop off service which was a huge plus. I will come back and I highly recommend this place! 5/5!

Summary: My husband and I came here for our honeymoon, and it was all around wonderful. The workers were attentive, helpful, and nice. It is right on Kota Beach and MJ square. The cocktails were amazing. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you Marlins Resort!!
