Negative: The price we paid is not valuable for the house tv is not working nothg is there for entertainment it should say that bring your own entertainment plus pool is so dirty not worth paying that much I had to leave half night wasn’t happy at all

Positive: Location was definitely the driving factor in booking Marlin House. Parking was good, staff tried their best to help . I booked Marlin House for my 30th birthday

Negative: I would say the outdoor concrete needs to be redone or water blasted, the painting on the walls outside are hideous. I was also double booked on my first night due to a wedding (21/03/26) Luckily my event was the next day. I was told to check in at 12 to setup due to the mishap the day prior. Unfortunately the previous guests trashed the property and ended up checking in at 2. Was surprised to see the property nice and clean given the condition I saw it in. 7.5/10 overall

Negative: Not only didn't you like, but more like disappointment was just we didn't use the pool as unfortunately we couldn't see the bottom and wasn't game to use it.
